Non-Refund Policy for Oil Palm Seedlings

We strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. Please review our non-refund policy before making any purchases.

1. Order Confirmation
   To secure your order for ready stock, we required full payment before collection. As for pre-order, a 10% deposit is necessary upon placing order, and full payment of the remaining balance has to be made before collecting your oil palm seedlings.
2. Non-Refundable Payment / Deposit
   All payment / deposit made towards the purchase of oil palm seedlings are non-refundable. This means that once a payment / deposit has been made, it cannot be refunded for any reason. We allocate resources and reserve the seedlings specifically for your order, and therefore, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Scheduled Collection
   Customers are required to collect their oil palm seedlings according to the scheduled collection date. We meticulously plan and prepare orders to ensure timely availability. Failure to collect seedlings on the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the payment and cancellation of the order.
4. Change of Collection Date
   If you need to change the collection date, you may be required to pay any difference in the seedlings’ price and it is subject to our availability. Our selling prices may vary over time due to factors such as market conditions and availability. Any additional payment required for rescheduling the collection will need to be made before a new collection date is confirmed.
   * Please note that you are only permitted to request changes to the collection date up to two (2) times per order. Any request after that will not be entertained.
5. Final Payment
   Deposit made will be automatically deducted from the total invoice amount during the final payment process.
